We do that work with cabinets built in our own shop, about twenty minutes east in Boise.

What we see in Meridian kitchens
Meridian's housing stock is dominated by subdivisions built from the late 1990s through the 2010s: two-story and single-level homes with open-ish floor plans, kitchens with an island or peninsula, and builder-grade cabinets in oak, maple, or espresso stain. The layouts are usually workable, so the remodel is about upgrading everything in them: cabinets built to the ceiling, quartz or quartzite counters, a real island with seating, better lighting, and flooring that runs through the whole main level. Closer to Old Town Meridian there are older homes on larger lots where the project is more likely to involve moving walls or adding on.
