Yes. Every cabinet and vanity we install is built in our own shop in Boise. Nothing is sourced out. The crew that builds them is the crew that installs them.

No. Our painting, flooring, drywall, framing, and finish carpentry are done as part of kitchen, bathroom, living area, and addition remodels. For a standalone paint or flooring job, a specialty contractor will be faster and cheaper.

Yes. Additions are framed and finished by our own crew. The owners ran a construction and restoration company for 14 years before DH Homes, so structural work is well within what we do.

In most houses, yes. We check whether the wall is load-bearing, design the header, frame it ourselves, and get it inspected.

Our projects run from $25,000 to $1,000,000. A kitchen that keeps its layout and gets new custom cabinets, counters, and floors lands toward the low end. Moving walls, opening to the living room, or remodeling several rooms at once moves it up. You get a firm number after the walkthrough and design, not a range.

Projects start at $25,000. A hall bath with a new tub or shower, tile, vanity, and floor sits near that starting point. A primary bath with a freestanding tub, large walk-in shower, and custom double vanity costs more.

With a walkthrough at your home, then a layout and 3D renderings, then a written scope with a firm price and schedule. Nothing is torn out until you have approved the design and the price.

It depends on scope, and the schedule is part of the estimate. Because the cabinets are built in our shop while the crew preps the room, we are not waiting weeks for a delivery, which is where most kitchen timelines slip.

Usually not. We contain the work area and set up a temporary kitchen space with you. You will know which weeks the kitchen or bathroom is out of service before we start.

We stop, show you, and price the fix before doing it. One recent bathroom client had a completely rotted subfloor; we replaced it and kept the project moving.

The drive is built into the schedule, not added as a fee. We plan Nampa and Caldwell projects so the crew is on site for full days.
